- Martin Luther King - 3 night minimum
- President's Day - 3 night minimum
- Check-in time 4 p.m.; check-out time 10 a.m. (If you will be arriving after 9:00 p.m. please give our office a call to make arrangements for your late check-in.)
- Sorry, no pets.
- No bus or motorhome parking.
- Maximum 2 parking spaces per unit.
- Rates subject to room tax.
- 14-day notice prior to arrival required for cancellation and 30-day notice for holidays to receive a refund.
- $15 booking fee on all reservations.
- A $25 fee will be charged for all cancellations.
- Rates subject to change without notice.
Deposits & Final Payments:
- 50% deposit due 14 days after reservation is made.
- Balance due 14 days prior to arrival date.
- Reservations made 30 days prior to arrival date are payable in full when you book your stay.
- No Exceptions
- All reservations subject to $250 refundable security deposit.
