Our staff is here to make
your Mammoth experience a more memorable one. If you have any questions please

OFFICE
HOURS:
Our office hours are 8:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m., 7 days a week. We are closed Christmas Day.
CHECK
IN TIME:
Check in time is anytime after 4:00 p.m. If you will be arriving after 9:00
p.m. please give our office a call to make arrangements for your late check
in.
TOWEL
EXCHANGE:
Our units are fully-equipped with towels and linens. A towel exchange
may be done every other day at the office between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00
p.m. We do recommend that you bring extra towels for the jacuzzi and pool.
FIREPLACES/WOODSTOVES:
Open the flue before starting any fire. When having a fire keep door shut
to insure that red-hot embers do not fall or pop out. Do not leave fire unattended.
Do not clean out or place ashes or partly burned wood on the deck. Fire starters
are available for purchase at the office.
PARKING:
Parking at Sunshine Village is by permit only. Please display permit in your
car. Maximum 2 cars per unit. No parking in walkways or in front of dumpsters.
NO RV'S OR TRAVEL TRAILERS.
PETS:
Absolutely no pets allowed in rental units! A nonrefundable $250.00
deposit will be taken on all those who violate this rule.
TELEPHONE:
Your unit includes private telephone service. Local and emergency calls
are unlimited and free. Incoming calls are received directly, the phone
number of the unit may be found on your confirmation, or ask the office.
Long distance may be accessed by using a calling card or credit card.
Dial *44 and wait for instructions.
NOISE:
Please be considerate of the surrounding units and the units directly below
you. Noise from the stairs and running back in forth in upper units can be
heard from lower units.
SWIMMING
POOL, SAUNA AND JACUZZI AREA:
Glass of any kind is not permitted within the fenced pool and jacuzzi
areas. The sauna is a dry sauna, do not put any liquid on the rocks. Bathing
suits must be worn at all times. Management reserves the right to remove
or caused to be removed anyone violating these rules.
CHECK
OUT PROCEDURES:
Check out time is 10:00 a.m. There are no exceptions, this includes luggage
and belongings.
Keys:
All keys must be returned to our office. A key drop is available outside the
office doors for early check outs. A $5.00 fee will be charged for every lost
key.
Kitchens:
Dishes, pots pans and utensils must be cleaned before departure. Please load
and start dishwasher before leaving.
Trash:
We would appreciate it if you would dispose of your trash in the dumpsters
located around the project. Do not leave trash outside, as the odor will attract
the bears.
Sunshine Village housekeeping
staff will vacuum, make beds, etc.
Furniture:
Replace all furniture the way you found it.
Heaters:
Please turn heaters to low or to the #2 on the dial. Thermostats should
be turned to 50 degrees.
Security Check:
Check to see that all doors and windows are closed and locked.
Personal Property:
Check to make sure that all personal property is removed from the unit.
Housekeeping/Maintenance:
Any missing items or extraordinary cleaning or damage caused by carelessness
will be charged against your deposit.
Your security deposit
will be refunded to your credit card within 14 days after you depart.
